Default Yamacool

Dont waste your time with anything else! I have been trying all sorts of stuff, nothing would give me the same temp(163deg) as the factory coolant.

The best mix antifreeze/water/waterwetter would get 171. Sometimes a 167, but it wouldnt stay there.

So it was buggin the crap out of me again the other day. Could the factory stuff be that much better??? So I ordered some up, Yamalube Yamacool. Holy crap the stuff really works!! Iam back to my 163deg

Only took 2 bottles for the R1, that was for the radiator & res.

but I don't have a yamaha... Hmmm obviously I should look up my suzuki stuff or go see the folks and gulf shores power sports or cycle world..

Found out either use "engine ice" or "prestone 50/50", and / or "watter wetter"

I personally use Engine Ice and it keeps my bike 7-8 degrees cooler than the Suzuki stuff.... so thats what works for me.

Tried them, and different combos(even a peak moment in there). I was almost thinking that my thermostat might have gotten messed, leaving it dry over night on the first change. So this was my last test before changing it out. For me its not really funny, but kinda interesting.
