Default re-packing can question

So for those of you that have repacked a can, do you use the steel wool and then fiberglass, or just fiberglass?

Steel wool, fiber glass, then steel wool. You gotta use it before and after so you dont burn the fiberglass.

I have always used Silent Sport. Its a ceramic strand packing. Its great last like 5 times longer than normal packing. I used it in my quads. Has a great sound also.

Going off this yosh video here I'm kinda wondering if the pillow packing they offer is any different than the normal cheap stuff. They pull off the steel wool but never put any back on. Anyone use that stuff before?
